8. Shipping & Delivery
KGlow delivers within Oman and selected GCC countries.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to:

KGlow is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the delivery carrier.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

Returned items must:

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes:

- Cannot be exchanged for cash

KGlow reserves the right to cancel orders involving misuse of promotional offers.
